This project was inspired by the concept art of Artur Rocha. I enjoyed his design so much that I decided to explore diferent angles of this character. My first intention was to study some specific Blender tools for modeling, UVs and rendering. Another tool that helped me a lot to achieved the desired result was Affinity Photo. It has an excellent support for 32bits linear workspace and Blender's filmic OCIO colors.
Modeled in Zbrush and Blender, textured in Substance Painter, rendered in Cycles and post producted in Affinity Photo.
